Yes, you can now use Vouchers and Shopee Coins to offset the payments for 'Prepaid Tickets & Bills' bringing you extra savings for your utility bills using the steps below:

1. Access your Shopee App, tap on "See More" on the homepage. On the next page, click 'Prepaid, Tickets & Bills' and choose "Internet & Voice".

2. Enter your account number and amount payable. An error message will be prompted out if the account number is not valid, i.e. wrong format, account number doesn't exist, etc.

3. To claim your vouchers, click on the 'Claim your vouchers here' button.

You will be able to find the vouchers available. Choose the voucher that you would like to utilize and click 'Claim' to use the voucher to offset the bill payment at Checkout.

4. Once you have claimed your voucher successfully, click 'Checkout' and you will be prompted to double confirm all the information filled are correct. Click 'Continue' to proceed. 

5. On the Checkout page, choose ShopeePay as the fastest checkout option! You may also pay with Credit or Debit Card, Cash Payment at 7-Eleven or Online banking. 

6. To utilize your claimed voucher, tap on 'Input Voucher Code' and you will be required to select discount voucher as shown below. Click 'Ok' to proceed and your voucher is applied on the Checkout page.

7. Your voucher code is now applied and the discount is reflected on the checkout page as shown below. 

To redeem and utilize your coins, tap on Redeem coins button. Click on 'Pay Now' to proceed with checkout. 

If you are choosing ShopeePay as a payment option, you have to enter your ShopeePay PIN to proceed for payment. 

8. Once your payment is successful, you can review the summary of your order details and order status by clicking 'View Order Details'. Kindly allow 1 day for your order to be fulfilled. 

9. Once your payment has been processed and reflected in your bill statement, click on the 'Order Received' button to retrieve Shopee's E-receipt.
